Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30/2002,

the Executive Regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,

Decision No. 69/2007 regarding delays in issuing bills related to licensed telecommunications services,

the controls of protecting the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiary data issued by Decision No. 113/2009,

Dispute Resolution System issued by Decision No. 44/2010,

and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
