We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the Administrative Apparatus law of the State and its amendments,
and the Protocol on Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities of the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (INTELSAT) opened for signature in Washington on May 19, 1978,
and in pursuance of the public interest.
We decreed the following:
