We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the state Administrative Apparatus law and its amendments, And the draft Basic convention between the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, And in pursuance of the public interest,
Hereby decreed the following:
