Royal Decree No. 6/89 Regarding the regulation of the relationship between landlords and tenants of residential, commercial, and industrial premises, and the registration of lease contracts thereof,
the Law of Arbitration in Civil and Commercial Disputes promulgated by Royal Decree 47/97,
the Judicial Authority Law promulgated by Royal Decree 90/99,
the Administrative Judiciary Court Law promulgated by Royal Decree 91/99,
The Penal Procedure Law Promulgated by Royal Decree No. 97/99,
the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law promulgated by Royal Decree 29/2002,
the Labour Law promulgated by Royal Decree 35/2003,
Public Notaries Law promulgated by Royal Decree 40/2003,
the Law of Evidence in Civil and Commercial Transactions promulgated by Royal Decree 68/2008,
the Electronic Transactions Law Issued by Royal Decree 69/2008,
Royal Decree 10/2012 Regarding the Governance of the Administration of Judicial Affairs,
and the Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Royal Decree 50/2019,
and in pursuance of public interest,
