  • The Insurance Companies Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 12/79 ,

  • The Capital Market Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 80/98 ,

  • The Takaful Insurance Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 11/2016 ,

  • The Executive Regulation of the Insurance Companies Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 5/80 , 

  • The Regulation for Investment of Insurance Companies' Assets issued by Decision No. 11/2007, 

  • The Executive Regulation of the Takaful Insurance Law issued by Decision No. 103/2019,

  • The approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market  public Authority.
