We, Qaboos bin Said, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the Law Governing the Administrative Apparatus of the State and its amendments,
the Royal Decree No. 5/80 promulgating the Land Law and its amendments,
the Royal Decree 81/84 on the System for Government Land Entitlement,
and in accordance with the public interest,
it is hereby decided
