We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Promulgating the Administrative Apparatus Law of the State and its amendments No. 26/75,
and Royal Decree No. 13/76 amending it,
and after reviewing the agreement establishing the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consultations signed by the Ministers of Industry in the Gulf countries on February 26, 1976.
