We, Haitham bin Tariq, Sultan of Oman,

After pursual of the Basic Statute of the State,

and the the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania on the Mutual Exemption of Visas for Holders of Diplomatic, Special and Service Passports, signed in Riyadh on the 31st of March, 2021,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
