We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Royal Decree No. 5/81 regulating the usufruct of the lands of the Sultanate of Oman,

the Royal Decree No 88/82 Ratifying the Executive Regulations Regulating the Usufruct of the Lands of the Sultanate of Oman

the Government Lands Entitlement System issued by Royal Decree No. 81/84,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
