We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the Administrative Apparatus law of the State and its amendments,
and the basic statute and the Internal system of the International Labour Organization,
and in pursuance of the public interest.
