Pursuant to the provisions of the Banking Law, issued by the Royal Decree No.114/2000 and the resolution No. BOG/2374/154/5/11/20 of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman adopted at its meeting held on 29/5/2011 and in accordance with public interest, the following has been decided:
