Based on:
The Advocacy profession Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 108/96; and
Royal Decree No. 88/2020, which merged the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Legal Affairs into a single ministry called the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, determining its competencies, and approving its organizational structure;
and in pursuance of the public interest.
