Based on the Telecommunications Regulatory Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 30 / 2002,
the Executive Regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144 / 2008,
the Regulation on the Service Quality Requirements that the licensee shall provide, issued by Decision No. 28 / 2016,
and the approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
