We, Haitham bin Tarik, Sultan of Oman,
After perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
And the Convention on the Suppression of Unlawful Acts Relating to International Civil Aviation, signed in Beijing on 10 September 2010,
And in pursuance of public interest,
