Based on the Tender Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 36/2008,
the General Conditions Regulations for the Classification and Registration of Omani and Foreign Contractors and Consultancy Offices issued by Decision No. 2/91,
Decision No. 92/2019 determining the price of tender documents and the registration and renewal fees for companies and establishments with the Tender Board,
And with the approval of the Tender Board,
And in pursuance of the public interest,
It is hereby decided as follows:
