  • The Executive Regulation of the Telecommunications Regulatory Law issued by Decision No. 144/2008,

  • The Organizational Regulation of the National Numbering Plan issued by Decision No. 22/2014,

  • The Regulation for the Allocation of Telecommunications Numbers issued by Decision No. 1/2018,

  • The approval of the Ministry of Finance,

  • The approval of the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority,

And in pursuance of the public interest,
