We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Personal Status Law promulgated by Royal Decree 32/97,

the Law of Public Notaries promulgated by Royal Decree 40/2003,

the Omani Nationality Law promulgated by Royal Decree 38/2014,

Royal Decree 58/93 Delegating in the Issuance of the Provisions Governing the Marriage of Omanis to Foreigners and Amending the Law Governing Omani Nationality,

and Royal Decree 37/2022 Determining the Competences of the Ministry of Interior and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

and in pursuance of public interest,
