Based on the Land Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 5/80,

Royal Decree No. 5/81 Governing the Usufruct of the Lands of the Sultanate of Oman,

the Executive Regulation Governing the Usufruct of the Lands of the Sultanate of Oman promulgated by Royal Decree No. 88/82,

the Real Estate Register Regulation promulgated by Royal Decree No. 2/98,

the Executive Regulation of the Real Estate Register issued by Ministerial Decision No. 29/99,

Ministerial Decision No. 12/2016 Granting Small and Medium Enterprises Usufruct Right to Land Owned by the State,

the approval of the Council of Ministers,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided
