the regulation of registration of hazardous chemicals and their permits issued by Ministerial Decision No. 248/97,

the regulations of conditions for packaging, labeling, and placing data on hazardous chemicals issued by Ministerial Decision No. 317/2001,

Ministerial Decision No. 14/2017 Determining fees for granting permits to handle chemicals.

the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided
