Based on Royal Decree No. 119/94 Approving the Accession of the Sultanate of Oman to Some International Agreements,

the Law on Environment Protection and Pollution Prevention promulgated by Royal Decree No. 114/2001,

the Non-hazardous Solid Waste Management Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 17/93,

the Hazardous Waste Management Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 18/93,

the Regulation Governing the Issuance of Environmental Permits issued by Ministerial Decision No. 48/2017,

the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided
