the Educational Scholarships, Grants, and Aid Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 83/2002,

Royal Decree No. 104/2005 Establishing the Unified Admission Centre,

Royal Decree No. 98/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Higher Education to the Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Innovation, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

Royal Decree No. 9/2021 Regarding the Oman Authority for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Education,

after presentation to Majlis Oman,

and in pursuance of public interest,
