Royal Decree No. 90/2004 transferring the insurance jurisdiction from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Investment Promotion to the Capital Market Authority,
Decision No. (E/4/2023) Issuing the unified policy form for credit life insurance,
the approval of the Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority,
and in accordance with the public interest,
