We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Law Governing the Foreign Ministry Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 32/2008,

Royal Decree No. 69/2009 Adopting the Organizational Structure of the Foreign Ministry,

and the Administrative Apparatus of the State promulgated by Royal Decree No. 75/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
