Based on Royal Decree No. 97/2020 amending the name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, and specifying its competencies and adopting its organizational structure,

Ministerial Decision No. 74/2001 determining fees for tourism, industrial, and commercial licenses,

Ministerial Decision No. 51/2010 determining fees for industrial property rights services,

and Ministerial Decision No. 206/2018 determining fees for certain industrial property services for students in schools, colleges, universities, researchers in research centers, and small institutions,

And with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And in accordance with the public interest.
