Based on the Royal Decree No. 88/2020 regarding the merger of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Legal Affairs into a single ministry called the Ministry of Justice and Legal Affairs, and defining its competencies and adopting its organizational structure,
Governing Expert Undertakings Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 52/2022,
and the recommendation of the Committee of Experts Affairs in its second meeting for the year 2023, held on April 16, 2023,
and in accordance with the public interest,
it is hereby decided
