We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2011,

Royal Decree No. 49/2017 Approving the Petroleum Agreement Signed between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and Tethys Oil Montasar Limited for Block 49,

Royal Decree No. 25/2021 Approving the Assignment by Tethys Oil Montasar Limited of 50% of Its Rights and Obligations in the Petroleum Agreement Signed on 14 November 2017 for Block 49 to EOG Resources Muscat Block 49 SPC,

and the collection of documents by which EOG Resources Muscat Block 49 SPC assigned all its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 14 November 2017 for Block 49 to Tethys Oil Montasar Limited, which accepts this assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
