Based on the Foreign Capital Investment Law promulgated by Royal Decree 50/2019,
Royal Decree No. 97/2020 amending the name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Investment Promotion, specifying its competencies and approving its organizational structure,
the Executive Regulations of the Foreign Capital Investment Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 72/2020,
and the approval of the Council of Ministers,
