Based on the Agricultural Quarantine Law issued by Royal Decree No. 47/2004,

the Fertilizers and Agricultural Soil Conditioners Law issued by Royal Decree No. 63/2006,

the Executive Regulations of the Agricultural Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 32/2006,

the Executive Regulations of the Fertilizers and Agricultural Soil Conditioners Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 128/2010,

and the recommendation of the General Directorate of Agricultural Development to designate a quarantined agricultural zone,

and in accordance with the public interest,

it is decided
