Based on Royal Decree No. 105/2020 Establishing the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones and determining its competences,

Royal Decree No. 10/2022 Establishing free zones at Muscat International Airport and Sohar and Salalah airports,

Decision No. 22/2010 Issuing the regulation governing the free zone in Al Mazunah,

Ministerial Decision No. 15/2011 Issuing the Salalah Free Zone Regulations,

Decision No. 8/2016 Determining the fees for services provided by the Special Economic Zone Authority at Duqm,

Ministerial Decision No. 35/2016 Issuing the regulation governing the Free Zone in Sohar,

And with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

And the approval of the Board of Directors of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones,

and in pursuance of the public interest.
