Royal Decree No. 43/2023 Ratifying the agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Arab republic of Egypt on the elimination of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax evasion and avoidance

We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
and the Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman and the Government of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the Elimination of Double Taxation with Respect to Taxes on Income and the Prevention of Tax Evasion and Avoidance signed in Cairo on 22 May 2023,
and after presentation to Majlis Al-Shura,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
