We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies approved by the General Assembly of the United Nations on 21 November 1947,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
