We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Mineral Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree 19/2019,
and the Exploration and Mining Concession Agreement between the Sultanate of Oman and Al Tasnim Gulf Potash LLC for Block 53C signed on 30 May 2023,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
