Based on the Labour Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 35/2003,
Royal Decree No. 89/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Labour, Specifying its Competencies, and Approving its Organizational Structure,
Ministerial Decision No. 222/2013 regarding Determining the Minimum Wage for Omanis in the Private Sector,
and Ministerial Decision No. 541/2013 Determining the minimum periodic allowance for Omanis working in the private sector and the procedures and conditions for its disbursement,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
