Based on the Law on conservation of the environment and prevention of pollution issued by Royal Decree No. 114/2001
Royal Decree No. 106/2020 Establishing the Environment Authority, determining its competences, and approving its organizational structure,
the Regulations for the Control and Management of Radioactive Materials issued by Ministerial Decision 249/97,
and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
