the Commercial Law issued by Royal Decree No. 55/90,
and Royal Decree No. 97/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Investment Promotion, Specifying its Competencies and Adopting its Organizational Structure,
and in pursuance of the public interest,
