Based on Royal Decree No. 98/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Higher Education to the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, Specifying its Competencies, and Adopting its Organizational Structure,
the Higher Education Law issued by Royal Decree No. 27/2023,
the Regulatory Regulations for Colleges and Higher Private Institutes issued by Ministerial Decision No. 34/2000,
and Ministerial Decision No. 86/2021 Establishing Al Duqm University College,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
