Based on the Insurance Companies Law issued by Royal Decree No. 12/79,

Royal Decree No. 90/2004 Transferring the Insurance Competences from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry to the Capital Market Authority,

the Executive Regulations of the Insurance Companies Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 5/80,

the Decision on Regulating the Requirements for Licensing Insurance Business issued by Decision No. E/31/2007,

Administrative Decision No. E/132/2022 Renewing the registration of Vision Insurance Company SAOG to engage in general insurance, life insurance, and savings business,

and the Extraordinary General Assembly Decision of Vision Insurance Company on 26/12/2022, regarding the dissolution and merger of Vision Insurance Company SAOG with Qatar Insurance Company SAOG,

and in pursuance of public interest,

it is hereby decided
