Based on Law on conservation of the environment and prevention of pollution issued by Royal Decree No. 114/2001,

Royal Decree No. 106/2020 Establishing the Environmental Authority, specifying its competences, and approving its organizational structure,

Regulations on Environmental Requirements for Industrial and Service Activities issued by Ministerial Decision No. 16/2010,

Regulation Governing the Issuance of Environmental Permits issued by Ministerial Decision No. 48/2017,

and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance,

and in pursuance of public interest,
