We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman

after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,

the Oil and Gas Law promulgated by Royal Decree 8/2011,

Royal Decree 40/2020 Approving the Petroleum Agreement between the Government of the Sultanate of Oman, Total EP Oman Block 12 B.V, and PTTEP MENA Limited for Block 12,

the set of documents by which TotalEnergies EP Oman Block 12 B.V. assigned 30% of its rights and obligations in the petroleum agreement signed on 19 February 2020 for Block 12 to PC Oman Ventures Limited, which accepts that assignment,

and in pursuance of public interest,

have decreed as follows
