the National Payment Systems Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2018,
Regulation No. BM/51/11/2007 Regarding the System of Returned Cheques,
and to the approval of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman,
and in pursuance of public interest,
