Based on the Tourism Law issued by Royal Decree No. 33/2002,
Royal Decree 91/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Heritage and Culture to the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,
and the executive regulations of the Tourism Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 39/2016,
and with the approval of the Council of Ministers,
and in pursuance of public interest,
it is hereby decided
