We, Haitham bin Tarik, the Sultan of Oman
after perusal of the Basic Statute of the State,
the Civil Service Law promulgated by Royal Decree 120/2004,
and Royal Decree 9/2018 regarding the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs and Special Representative of His Majesty the Sultan,
and in pursuance of public interest,
have decreed as follows
