Based on the Land Law issued by Royal Decree No. 5/80,
the Land Registry System issued by Royal Decree No. 2/98,
the Royal Decree No. 93/2020 amending the name of the Ministry of Housing to the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and determining its competencies and approving its organizational structure,
and the Regulations for Land Planning Controls promulgated by Ministerial Decision No. 53/2013,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
