Based on the Marine Living Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree 20/2019,
the Executive Regulation of the Law of Sea Fishing and Protection of the Marine Living Resources issued by Ministerial Decision 4/94,
the Fishery Quality Control Regulation issued by Ministerial Decision No. 12/2009,
and the Aquaculture and Related Quality Control Regulations issued by Ministerial Decision No. 177/2012,
and in pursuance of public interest,
