Based on the Marine Living Resources Law promulgated by Royal Decree 20/2019,
the Executive Regulation of the Law of Sea Fishing and Protection of the Marine Living Resources issued by Ministerial Decision 4/94,
and the Regulations managing the establishment of artificial reefs (Alshuduud) issued by Ministerial Decision No. 55 of 2004,
and in pursuance of public interest,
