Ministerial Decision 290/2023 Issuing the Regulation Governing the Use of Agricultural Land

Based on the Agricultural System issued by Royal Decree No. 48/2006,

the Civil Transactions Law issued by Royal Decree No. 29/2013,

the Law on the Governance and Protection of Aflaj Sites Inscribed on the World Heritage List Promulgated by Royal Decree 39/2017,

Royal Decree 92/2020 Amending the Name of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Determining Its Competences, and Adopting Its Organisational Structure,

the Executive Regulations of the Agricultural System issued by Ministerial Decision No. 41/2010,

the Regulation Governing the Use of Agricultural Land issued by Ministerial Decision 84/2020,

and in pursuance of public interest,
