We, Qaboos bin Said, Sultan of Oman,
After reviewing Royal Decree No. 26/75 promulgating the Administrative Apparatus law of the State and its amendments,
and the Agreement on Promotion, Protection, and Guarantee of Investment among Member States of the Organization of Islamic conference signed on October 25, 1994,
and in pursuance of public interest.
We decreed the following:
