the National Payments Systems Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 8/2018,
Regulation No. MB/ 43/11/97 Regulating the Professions of Money Exchange and Money Exchange and remittance,
and the approval of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman,
and in accordance with the public interest,
it is hereby decided
