Based on the Law of Private Bodies Operating in the Field of Sports promulgated by Royal Decree No. 81/2007,
the Royal Decree No. 57/2012 Regarding the Omani Olympic Committee and the selected sports federations,
the Royal Decree No. 87/2020 Establishing the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Youth and Specifying Its Competencies and Adopting Its Organizational Structure,
and the Ministerial Decision No. 22/2021 Regarding the Controls for Allocating and Disbursing Government Subsidy to the Oman Olympic Committee,
and in pursuance of public interest,
It is hereby decided
