Based on the Veterinary Quarantine Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 45/2004,

the Executive Regulation of the Veterinary Quarantine Law issued by Ministerial Decision No. 107/2008,

and based on the recommendation of the competent veterinary entity to ban the import of certain types of live fish, their products, derivatives, and residues from the Trento area in the Republic of Italy, 

and in pursuance of public interest,
